Council President Blaha called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Vollenweider moved and Rabas seconded to open the 2007 Budget Public Hearing. Motion carried unanimously.

Pat Benes approached the Council to comment that he and other Town Boards would like to see further communication between the City and Town Boards. At a minimum, he would like to see the Fire Chief and Ambulance Director meet with Town Boards at least once a year.

With no one present to speak either for or against the proposed 2007 Budget, Muellner moved and LuMaye seconded to close the public hearing at 6:09 p.m.

Vollenweider moved and Rabas seconded to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 962-06, RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY OF KEWAUNEE BUDGET AND TAX LEVY FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2007. Motion carried unanimously.

Rabas moved and Vollenweider seconded to adjourn the meeting at 6:10 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
