SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 1, 2004

Present: Mayor Jeanquart, Alderman Blaha, Vollenweider, Abrahamson, Crabb, Schroeder, Rabas, Schneider

Absent: Griffith (excused)

Others: Administrator Kranz, Police Chief Salentine, Librarian Sue Grosshuesch, Chris Pichotta, Barb Ludlow

Mayor Jeanquart called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Blaha moved and Abrahamson seconded to open the 2005 Budget Public Hearing. Motion carried unanimously.

With no one present to speak either for or against the proposed 2005 Budget, Blaha moved and Vollenweider seconded to close the public hearing at 6:01 p.m.

Schneider moved and Schroeder seconded to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 944-04, RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY OF KEWAUNEE BUDGET AND TAX LEVY FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2005. Upon a roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.

Vollenweider moved and Rabas seconded to adjourn the meeting at 6:13 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
