SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 1, 2005

Present: Mayor Jeanquart, Alderman Blaha, Vollenweider, Brewster, Crabb, Zenner, Muellner, Rabas, Schneider

Absent: None

Others: Administrator Kranz, Librarian Sue Grosshuesch, Public Works Director Balleine, Barb Ludlow

Mayor Jeanquart called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Blaha moved and Muellner seconded to open the 2006 Budget Public Hearing. Motion carried unanimously.

With no one present to speak either for or against the proposed 2006 Budget, Schneider moved and Rabas seconded to close the public hearing at 6:02 p.m.

Blaha moved and Muellner seconded to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 953-05, RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY OF KEWAUNEE BUDGET AND TAX LEVY FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2006. Upon a roll call vote, motion carried unanimously.

Vollenweider moved and Muellner seconded to adjourn the meeting at 6:10 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
