Mayor Blaha called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Vollenweider moved and Kostka seconded to open the 2008 Budget Public Hearing. Motion carried unanimously.

Administrator Kranz provided a summarization of the 2008 Budget and changes made from the budget review meeting of the finance committee and council.

With no one present to speak either for or against the proposed 2008 Budget, Vollenweider moved and Sperber seconded to close the public hearing at 6:08 p.m.

Kostka moved and Rabas seconded to adopt RESOLUTION NO. 972-07, RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY OF KEWAUNEE BUDGET AND TAX LEVY FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2008. Motion carried unanimously.

Vollenweider moved and Rabas seconded to adjourn the meeting at 6:14 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
