SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 5, 2008

Absent: Zenner, Jeske, Sperber, LuMaye (excused)

Others: Administrator Kranz, Kathy Decker, Police Chief Salentine, Fire Chief Hlinak, Public Works Director Balleine, Barb Ludlow

Mayor Blaha called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

The Council met as a committee of the whole along with the Finance Committee and conducted a comprehensive review of the draft 2009 Budget with Administrator Kranz and department heads present.

D. Kickbusch moved and Kostka seconded to set the budget public hearing for December 2, 2008 at 6:00 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.

Vollenweider moved and Kostka seconded to adjourn the meeting at 9:00 p.m. Motion carried unanimously.
