Kewaunee County Historical Jail Museum

The Kewaunee County Historical Society Museum, located on Courthouse Square at 613 Dodge Street, is housed in the 1875 jail building. Touring the carefully preserved building shows a unique slice of nineteenth century life, including the old jail cells. A variety of historical documents, furniture, clothing, and other artifacts are on display.

The museum is open daily Memorial Day-Labor Day, Noon-4pm. Off-season hours are by appointment. Please call 388-7176 for more information.
